Policy for requesting design work created by Showoffs displays or services
Design files we create for a client are done for the clients end product or project. Requests of a design or elements of, may require edits or modifications. As all work is hired as "FREELANCE" work unless being purchased as a Logo Package. SHOWOFFS retains all rights to the over all design, even if we have incorporated your existing Logo.
Example being we placed client's Logo, photo etc. into a design concept using elements, to create the end product or service.
Therefore Showoffs will NOT give away, or transfer source files (Photoshop, AI or other Design software with all elements)
Requests by client or by a Representative of a Client can be ordered at our hourly rate of $65 HR.
An Estimate will be given, Time sheet will be provided in your final invoice.
Each request requires specific scope of work requested, including size, format and details submitted for Showoffs to supply an estimated Quote.
Once quoted if you wish to proceed with the order payment arrangements will need to be made for work to be performed.
If a request is made on behalf of one of Showoffs' clients, please provide the client's current contact information so that we can confirm the authorization of the request. For requests made by a representative of a client, we require a release from our client stating that they are indeed requesting the work. This measure is in place to protect the client's brand, logo, and property rights, ensuring that requests for design have not been made fraudulently. Showoffs will forward any request from a representative or designer to confirm their awareness and authorization of the request. Until we receive this confirmation from the client, no design work or services will commence.
Fees for work is responsibility of person/business requesting the work. If requested by representative or designer it is their responsibility to get reimbursed by their client, unless client has specified they will be responsible for fees to Showoffs after we have contacted to confirm their authorization that the representative or designer is acting on their behalf.

If you are a representative or designer, check with your client that SHOWOFFS has not already supplied them with any file formats to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Generally we may have already provided a usable file format to a client as we do this for most clients.
If we have and you need that same file supplied again there will be a min. fee of $40 per File format that was already supplied.

Client files that are over 10 years old may require search of archived files. If the file is no longer available you have the option of Showoffs to recreate it at our current design hourly fee.
