GRAPHIC GUIDELINES
Unless specified by the client, SHOWOFFS in its absolute discretion shall print all works for digital printing in a resolution which in the considered opinion of SHOWOFFS is most appropriate for any particular application.
It is understood any and all artwork supplied by client for reproduction, guideline, or production has been supplied to SHOWOFFS with NO copyright issues and the client will be held responsible for any claims of infringement and SHOWOFFS will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement. Art work supplied is supplied to SHOWOFFS with all useful rights applied.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will become an extra charge over and above final cost. All agreements contingent upon strike, accidents or delays beyond our control. Insurance will be applied to all shipments of finished products.

CMYK Mode?
Your graphic must be in CMYK mode. Colors may differ in RGB mode.
Black Color CMYK Values.
With continuous improvement, our requirements for a deep black may change overtime. Currently, this is what we suggest when setting up your print-ready file:

*This mix 0/0/0/100 of CMYK is unique to our printers and printing process.
For the following Displays/materials:
Printed VINYL BANNERS & Signs, Backlit, Tent, PVC, Backlit Film, Canvas.
C:75 M:75 Y:75 K:100
*This mix 75/75/75/100 of CMYK is unique to our printers and printing process.
We have adjusted our profile rips for this specific formula and are getting a much better output.
Good Resolution?
Your file needs High Resolution 125 to 150 DPI. min. at full size. 300 DPI for art that needs to be up-sized or edited.
Right Dimensions?
Your file size needs to be saved as 1/4, 1/2 or full size. Your file will be adjusted to fit the display ordered.
Preferred File Type
PDF | Acceptable Files - TIFF, JPG, AI, EPS, PSD (flattened) or supply all layers with Effects included
Fonts
Outlined / Images - Embedded, or send the Fonts separate. Though we have hundreds fonts, if a Font needs to be purchased by SHOWOFFS to produce you display it will become an additional fee for that purchase.
Art files need to be print ready with no template lines
Determine your Image Quality
Send photos for order at 300DPI. We print at full size at 125 to 150 DPI so it is imperative that a GOOD quality (300 DPI) is submitted for your order.

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW WHEN SUBMITTING PHOTOS
- Pick your photos carefully
- Send as many as three for us to chose from
- If one is the one that must be included state that in the order/submission.
- Remember what we get for input will determine the output of final product. Low quality photos will result in low quality printing. We recommend a min. In 300 dpi photo of a 8" X 10" size to begin with.
- All photos or artwork submitted must have all releases of copyrights. If we remove a background and it involves removal of the photographers name a photo credit will be placed elsewhere on the display.
- Three changes of layout concept is included. Over three you will be subject to the hourly edit rate of $65 per hour with 1 hour min charged.
- If you change your mind about a photo and replace it with another you will be charged by hourly rate or you may be charged another $75 Photoshop fee if background removal/editing is required again.
- Being prepared will save you money and us time
- Showoffs uses Dropbox for large file uploads. Ask us how this works we will be glad to instruct you how to upload

- Good Resolution? Please use 300dpi images or upload as Vector.
- Right Dimensions? Your file needs to be saved at the correct document size as the template. Some Templates are at Half scale. We will upscale to full scale prior to production. If there any issues with submit designs we will reach out for any needed adjustments needed.
- Preferred File Type - PDF Acceptable Files - TIFF, JPG, EPS, PSD (Make file editable so we can make any necessary adjustments)
- Fonts - Outlined, Images - Embedded
- Art files need to be print ready with no template lines

Raster Document DPI
While we recommend using 300 DPI image.
Color Mode
Your file has to be in CMYK mode. You can go to Image > Mode > CMYK to view the setting.
