Required file formats are accepted. Vector as an EPS, AI, or PDF file. If you are unsure if your file format will work, call us at 302-344-1231 and we will be happy to help you make sure that we can work with what you have.

All custom orders will get an online proof that will need to be approved prior to the orders production. You will recieve an email with a link to where your proof is on our website for review. All orders get up to 3 revisions. After 3 revisions, there is an addtional design fee of $55 HR.

Orders placed online will process through PayPal. If you place a Custom order over the phone we will send a payment information link and this willl process through our E-Processor.

If your product meets specifications and has been approved by an online is correctly printed when it reaches you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product. Additionally, we will not authorize a refund if your product does not arrive within the shipping deadline.

Example: You order a jacket and it arrives with the incorrect design printed on it, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge. But, if you order a jacket without checking the size chart, and the jacket has been made as approved, but it does not fit, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product.

Showoffs cannot control or guarantee shipping time. We use USPS for shipping orders. FREE Shipping applies to orders totaling over $200. If you requires UPS or FEDEX arrangements for addtional shipping costs. FREE Shipping does not apply to UPS or FEDEX shipments. Expedited shippig is avalable using UPS & FEDEX for addtional fees.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours. If an online proof has already been provided and you cancel a refund less a proof fee of $35 will be refunded. Once approved, an order can not be canceled. If a refund will be provided via a check mailed to you. This could take 3 to 7 business days.

Once you have ordered from SHOWOFFS, and if you request the files created for your order for your use, we will send you an invoice for requested files and this must be paid to recieve any files Showoffs created for your order.
