Policy for requesting design work created for your Showoffs display or services

Download your Requested Designs

Please fill out form for request of Designs. Once submitted and Payment has been processed, you will be sent link & details to your Files for download or an external jump drive will be mailed to you to provided address on form.
Generally we will be able to provide a usable file format to a client . The following are the most common formats that would be requested;

PDF, EPS, JPEG. PSD (Photoshop) formats maybe available as well depending on work performed for client in the past.
There will be a min. fee of $40 per File format that is supplied. As per your request for file of the design created by SHOWOFFS Please review the applied Polices and Terms accepted by purchasing and downloading the requested files.
POLICES AND TERMS
Unless the requested Download design had been purchased as LOGO previously,  it remains the property of Sly Designs /SHOWOFFS. NOT ALL DESIGNS ARE AVAILABLE AS LOGO. If design was had been modified from a Clients existing look or design using one of our exclusive clip arts and you have requested file formats, it is understood that those elements remain property of Sly Designs/Showoffs.


IMPORTANT

If you have requested a design created by SHOWOFFS and some elements (brushes, actions, clip art etc.) were purchased & licensed using one or more of the following resources:

  • ADOBE / STOCK ADOBE
  • GRAPHIC RIVER
  • GRAPHIC LEFTOVERS
  • SHUTTERSTOCK
  • FLEXI
  • MOTIONARRAY

We can not provide those licensed elements for your use. These elements will be converted to PNG or JPEG as we are not permitted to share these elements as per the license agreements made when Showoffs purchased from any of the above named resources. Your understanding is appreciated.

We can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. We can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if we modify the Item. We can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed.

FONTS

We will provide fonts converted to outlines or where you can download any fonts in the Design requested when available. We can NOT provide Licensed Fonts

Your card will be charged for the file formats we are able to provide. A fee of $10 plus USPS Mailing will apply if files are provided on a jump drive. An email receipt will be sent.
