FABRIC GRAPHIC GUIDELINES
Where elements have been supplied to SHOWOFFS by the client or others on the client’s behalf, the client shall indemnify and keep indemnified SHOWOFFS against all costs and claims arising out of any libelous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design or any other proprietary right contained in such artwork text, style or graphic.
Unless specified by the client, SHOWOFFS in its absolute discretion shall print all works for digital printing in a resolution which in the considered opinion of SHOWOFFS is most appropriate for any particular application.
It is understood any and all artwork supplied by client for reproduction, guideline, or production has been supplied to SHOWOFFS with NO copyright issues and the client will be held responsible for any claims of infringement and SHOWOFFS will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement. Art work supplied is supplied to SHOWOFFS with all useful rights applied.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will become an extra charge over and above final cost. All agreements contingent upon strike, accidents or delays beyond our control. Insurance will be applied to all shipments of finished products.

- Rich Black CMYK Value - C 0%, M 0%, Y 0%, K 100% (see below for more details)
- Good Resolution? Please use 300dpi images and a document set up of 125DPI or upload as Vector.
- Right Dimensions? Your file needs to be saved at the correct document size as the template.
- Preferred File Type - PDF | Acceptable Files - TIFF, JPG, AI, EPS, PSD (flattened)
- Fonts - Outlined, Images - Embedded
- Art files need to be print ready with no template lines

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW WHEN SUBMITTING PHOTOS
- Pick your photos carefully
- Send as many as three for us to chose from
- If one is the one that must be included state that in the order/submission.
- Remember what we get for input will determine the output of final product. Low quality photos will result in low quality printing. We recommend a min. In 150 dpi photo of a 8" X 10" size to begin with.
- All photos or artwork submitted must have all releases of copyrights. If we remove a background and it involves removal of the photographers name a photo credit will be placed elsewhere on the display.
- Three changes of layout concept is included. Over three you will be subject to the hourly edit rate of $65 per hour with 1 hour min charged.
- If you change your mind about a photo and replace it with another you will be charged by hourly rate or you may be charged another $75 Photoshop fee if background removal/editing is required again.
- Being prepared will save you money and us time
