USE: 

Award vouchers are valid for single use only. If you have multiple award vouchers, use your Redemption CODE per voucher. Redeemed vouchers will be marked as REDEEMED as each voucher is used.

Multiple redemption attempts will not be processed and will be void. 

AWARD PACKAGES: 

Award Packages are as specified and cannot be altered, customized, unless specified in an award, or substituted. 

If an item in an Award Package is unavailable at the time of redemption, we may substitute it with a product of equal value or a different brand at our discretion.

******USING YOUR VOUCHER FOR SHOWOFFS PRODUCTS OPTION: 

Award Voucher may be used for the Value for any SHOWOFFS Products that you can explore throughout our web site.

Product exceeding your Voucher value will be additional plus shipping and Tax for the state it is being shipped to. Your Redeemed voucher value must be spent if using this option, purchases will not be split. You MUST spend your full voucher value, NO difference in price will be given. SHOWOFFS Products will involve calling SHOWOFFS to place your order and supplying your CODE to apply to the order.

REDEMPTION CODE: 

A valid code is required. Your GHRA Membership ID will act as this code. Invalid codes will not be accepted. 

We maintain a master list of participants and will verify your CODE using the Membership ID provided to SHOWOFFS by GHRA. 

If your Membership ID is not recognized, we will reach out to GHRA to ensure the accuracy of the number, in case an incorrect ID was given. 

SHIPPING & TIME FRAME: 

All Award Packages will be shipped via USPS with tracking information provided. 

Award Recipients are responsible for shipping costs, which are additional and must be settled before the award is dispatched. Shipping costs will depend on the weight, size, and destination of your package. All products will be shipped from the State of Delaware.

If using your voucher for SHOWOFFS Product option, Tax may apply for the state which product is being shipped to.

Showoffs Products may ship UPS or USPS.

Award Products will NOT have any Tax applied, and are just shipped via USPS only.

You will receive instructions on how to arrange shipping costs for your Award Package after redeeming your voucher. Your payment method will be charged at the time of shipping. An email receipt, along with tracking details, will be sent to the email address you provided. To save on shipping costs, we recommend if you have multiple vouchers, to redeem all at one time so we can ship together to save you on shipping fees. Awards will be placed into production bundles based on the product types redeemed. Because of this please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production and ship out time.

EXPIRATION DATE OF VOUCHER: 

We highly recommend to redeem our Award Voucher immediately. Awards posted may change without notice due to availability or discontinued products. Vouchers must be redeemed by July 31, 2025.   This date may be extended at our discretion, although such an extension is not guaranteed. Failing to meet the deadline could lead to the forfeiture of the voucher.

Attempts to redeem after this date will not be processed. 

Prior to July 31st, if there are any vouchers that have not been redeemed, we will request GHRA to send out a reminder that the redemption deadline is approaching, in order to encourage prompt action and ensure you don’t forfeit your Award Package.
