To help with process of orders we will be posting your art work Online for art approval. If you received an email with a link to this page, you will be able to review your design or display order approval.
Please email back out all required information to SHOWOFFS to proceed with your order. This information MUST be submitted for your order to proceed!
We will then talk about the proposed designs. Any minor charges are made, you have up to 3 re works on any posted designs included in the initial quote given.
We do not charge for this service for the first initial 3 renderings/design submitted for your review.
After three reworks or changes to design or colors there is a $55 min. charge with an hourly fee of $55 per hour for any additional art work.
Generally we always are able to provide you with our first design concepts.A clear idea on colors scheme and thoughts on your desired look will help us design an awesome SHOWOFF look for you the first try and save us time and you Money.

Revised Valance & Chair Graphics as requested. Logo Head to the left of Name. Added back wall with detachable Logo Banner.


  • Tent as Black Canopy with detachable Valance per side. Two with Name and two with just Stripes and piping to match proposed Drape valance. These Velcro on & off. These can be placed as desired.
  • Black back wall that accepts detachable Logo Banner. Optional a Second Logo Banner for the back side so a Logo banner is on both sides at once, or an optional Velcro sewn on both sides of wall for when you wish to have it placed as desired placement. Make your selection on this option on the approval form.
  • 3' x 3' Detachable Logo Banner. Let us know if you want one or two of these.
  • Royal Corner drapes in black with Sunbrella Ties in Sky Blue & White piping. See close up circle on proof. These are not functional
  • Black Tent frame.
  • DIRECTOR CHAIRS-All available sizes shown n Natural Finish. Black Fabrics with Logo. Make your Size & QTY selection on approval form if no changes.
  • NOTE: Chairs are shown as Walnut on Tent setup. Natural Finish chairs shown as all sizes.

Your order will be produced from supplied art work or information.
Color Matching
CMYK, the values vary from printer to printer and are not interchangeable; Because our printers print using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black combinations), the 4-color process will not always convert or adjust your PMS (Pantone Matching System®) color automatically or perfectly.
We do our best to match identified PMS colors, however we only guarantee to strive towards "as close as possible" to a commercially acceptable color match.
If your order consists of Several display products, we strive to match all, though some displays may be printed on different substrates, fabrics and may vary slightly in color.
If changes, Corrections or you have Questions on this order SHOWOFFS will contact you and make any revisions needed and re post your proof.
All printed items are put into production the after proof approval has been received.**Please note we will always post a new proof after any changes. The new proof must be approved before production will begin.
Once approved your order will go into production and can not be canceled, so be sure to have all questions answered before approving. You will be financially responsible for any product already in production that has a Approval sent.
