Failure to fully review all content and making final changes before the publication of your new site, will result in additional design/edit fees after publication.

Read our Edit Fees, Terms & Policies
After your site goes LIVE and any edits performed are charged at current hourly rates or per edit charges.
List of current Edit charges. These may change without notice. If any requested edits are not listed, we will inform you of expected fees.
- Gallery/Portfolio Edits Adding or deleting photos to Pages, Galleries - $5 per/each.
- Link Edits New links added, or anchor Links created to site - $5 per/each
- Adding Video $10 per/each
- New Web Page New page built & added to site based on existing site template - $65 per page
- Web edits Detailed Changing or edits involving detailed elements, features, web art, widgets added or major changes - $55 up two hours allotted for this edit work.
- Web Edits Simple Web edits of Text or Images -$10 per/each
- Hourly Rate for other edits if not any of the above set fees $55 hour. Detailed Edits would be provided as an invoice.
- All edits' charges are billed and charged on clients provided credit card on account at time of services.
- If no Credit card is on file for edits, edits will not be published until payment is received. This will delay changes made and we recommend having a card on file to avoid delay on changes made.
- An invoice would be sent when work is performed. Invoices may have a time sheet included when hourly rates are applied.
HOSTING FEES & PAYMENT METHOD
HOSTING FEE ($220) is due before site goes LIVE. This Fee will be billed annually. Date each year will be same.
Hosting Fees may change if AWS increases the fee. We will notify you if an increase will occur for the next year.
A reminder will be sent to your email that it will Auto renew if a Credit Card is on file.
If A check is preferred, you must let us know. Check MUST Arrive well in advance of renewal date.
It is highly recommended to keep a card on file, though you have the option to opt out of a card on file.
Not having a Credit Card on file for Edits & Hosting could result in editing delays and Hosting expiring, resulting in a New publication that would result in additional uploading and editing fees.

By submitting the form below, you are approving your site in current stages for immediate Publication upon final payment.
Any edits or changes made after publication are subject to our current edit and change fees.
IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPROVAL
A final Invoice has been emailed that includes the Hosting Fee.

Corrections or if you have Questions on the website order should be made prior to submitting this Publish Site form.
SHOWOFFS will contact you and make any revisions needed and re post your website proof and will not publish until these changes are approved.
**Please note we will post a new proof after any changes. The new proof must be approved before publication.
Once approved & publication request, your website will go LIVE upon payment of services plus Hosting. Once made LIVE it can not be canceled, so be sure to have all questions answered before approving & requesting publication. You will be financially responsible for any additional changes or edits after the site has been published.
NOTE: Allow up to 72 Hours for your site to become LIVE. Generally the site should be LIVE within an hour, though up to 72 Hours on rare occasions could occur.
Final Tests will be made and a complete review of all links and information will be made buy SHOWOFFS after publications and you may get TEST Emails from the newly published site as quality checks we do.
